About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to support daily operations and lead the front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality who thrives in busy and high-pressure environments.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver and maintain excellent customer service at all times
* Lead, supervise, and train front-of-house staff to company standards
* Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations during service
* Handle customer feedback, complaints, and problem-solving professionally
* Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and food safety
* Monitor staff performance, workflow, and service quality
* Assist with opening and closing duties as required
* Work closely with kitchen and management to ensure a seamless guest experience
* Remain calm, organised, and efficient in busy and stressful environments
About You
* Passionate about hospitality and assisting customers
* Strong work ethic and leadership mindset
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Confident in decision-making and problem resolution
* Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year Supervisor experience in a hospitality venue
* Valid Food Safety Certificate (DoFood / Food Handler Certificate)
* Valid RSA Certificate 
* Experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurants preferred
* Availability to work on Friday night

• 주말:  법적 주말 시급 배율 적용 + super

• Public Holiday: 법적 공휴일 시급 배율 적용 + super
