Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and maintain excellent customer service at all times.
• Lead, supervise, and train front-of-house staff to company standards.
• Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations during service.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and problem-solving professionally.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Monitor staff performance, workflow, and service quality.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
• Work closely with kitchen and management to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Remain calm, organised, and efficient in busy and stressful environments.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year Supervisor experience in a hospitality venue
OR
Minimum 2 years Wait Staff experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Valid Food Safety Certificate (DoFood / Food Handler Certificate).
• Valid RSA Certificate.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurants preferred.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
• PR/Citizen Only

 

Working Hours

• 30-38 hours per week, including weekends.
• Flexible roster, including evenings (Mon-Sun).

 

 

시급

• 주중 시간당 $35 + super

• 주말 : 법적 주말 시급 배율 적용 + super

• Public Holiday : 법적 공휴일 시급 배율 적용 + super
