Humanbiz / Hubix Workforce is a growing labour hire company supplying 417 & 462 visa holders, PALM (403) workers and 482 visa skilled workers across the meat processing and manufacturing sectors in Victoria and Tasmania.

We work closely with major host employers and support a diverse workforce from Korea, Vietnam, the Philippines, China and Pacific nations.

About the Role

We are seeking a VIC Site Coordinator & Worker Welfare Officer to support our operations in the Western Gippsland region (Moe area).

This is a hands-on role involving workforce coordination, worker welfare support and regular site visits.

You will work closely with the Managing Director and internal HR team to ensure smooth daily operations and positive relationships with both workers and host employers.

No two days are the same, and flexibility is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily attendance, workforce planning and replacement workers

• Support onboarding and induction processes (VEVO checks, medical bookings, PPE)

• Assist worker settlement including transport, accommodation check-ins and local orientation

• Conduct regular accommodation visits for safety and welfare monitoring

• Attend site inductions and maintain communication with host employer supervisors and HR teams

• Assist with incident reporting and liaise with internal HR and WorkCover teams

• Prepare and submit weekly operational and welfare reports

• Ensure compliance with PALM, WHV and host employer requirements

About You

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, organised and detail-oriented

• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks

• Flexible to work outside standard hours when required (early starts, weekends, emergencies)

• Valid Australian driver’s licence (required)

• Experience in labour hire, workforce coordination, welfare support or HR is preferred

• Multilingual skills (Korean, Vietnamese, Mandarin, etc.) are a bonus but not essential

Pay & Employment Conditions

• $28–$35 per hour, depending on experience

• 6-month probation period (fixed-term)

• Opportunity to transition to a full-time ongoing role after probation, subject to performance and business needs

• Flexible working hours

• Travel and mileage reimbursement for work-related driving

현장 인력 관리, 근로자 복지 지원, 고객사 및 내부 팀과의 소통을 담당하는 현장 중심의 역할이며, 대표 및 HR 팀과 긴밀히 협업하게 됩니다.

매일 같은 업무가 반복되지 않는, 활동적인 포지션입니다.

주요 업무 내용

• 근로자 출결 확인 및 대체 인력 조율

• 신규 근로자 온보딩 및 인덕션 지원 (VEVO, 메디컬, PPE 등)

• 근로자 숙소 입주 지원 및 정착 업무 보조 (이동, 생활 안내 등)

• 숙소 정기 방문을 통한 안전 및 복지 관리

• 고객사 현장 방문 및 HR/슈퍼바이저와 커뮤니케이션

• 경미한 사고 및 이슈 발생 시 내부 HR·워크커버 팀과 연계

• 주간 운영 및 웰페어 리포트 제출

• PALM 및 WHV 관련 규정 준수 관리

자격 요건

• 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력

• 책임감 있고 꼼꼼한 업무 태도

• 혼자서도 업무 수행이 가능하며 팀 협업에 익숙한 분

• 필요 시 주말·이른 출근 등 유연 근무 가능자

• 호주 운전면허 소지자 (필수)

• Labour Hire, HR, 현장 관리 또는 웰페어 관련 경험자 우대

• 한국어, 베트남어, 중국어 가능자 우대 (필수 아님)

급여 및 근무 조건

• 시급 $28–$35 (경력에 따라 협의)

• 6개월 프로베이션 기간 (계약직)

• 프로베이션 종료 후 퍼포먼스에 따라 정규직 전환 가능

• 유연 근무 가능

• 업무 관련 이동 시 유류비 및 마일리지 지원
